New Wagyu restaurant will open soon in Mk's Xscape.

Nowa japońska restauracja Wagyu i nocny bar będą wkrótce otwarte w Xscape w Milton Keynes. Będzie to pierwsza lokalizacja poza Londynem. Restauracja zostanie otwarta w połowie marca. The Kobe Steakhouse & Cocktail Lounge to inicjatywa rodziny Marchu, która jest także właścicielem działających z sukcesami restauracji French Affaire i Greek Affaire, które znajdują się w Stony Stratford.

Restauracja specjalizować się będzie w serwowaniu japońskiego przysmaku z Kobe, odmiany wołowiny Wagyu. Wieczorami z kolei miejsce będzie się przekształcać w bar nocny z racji umowy partnerskiej jaką rodzina Marchu posiada z marką Ultra Vegas. Będzie ona prowadzić świetne imprezy do późnej nocy w piątki i soboty.

Jest jedynie 10 certyfikowanych restauracji w Wielkiej Brytanii, które sprzedają wołowinę Wagyu i wszystkie jak dotąd były usytuowane w Londynie. Ta będzie pierwszą poza londyńską metropolią i z pewnością przedstawi niezwykle atrakcyjną ofertę kulinarną, która zachęci amatorów dobrej kuchni do odwiedzin.

New Japanese Wagyu restaurant and late-night cocktail bar will be opening soon at Xscape in Milton Keynes. That will be the first location of this dining place outside London. Restaurant is due to open in the middle of March.

The Kobe Steakhouse & Cocktail Lounge is being launched in the Xscape by the Marchu family, who created the successful restaurants "French Affaire" and "Greek Affaire" in Stony Stratford.

The restaurant will specialise in the Japanese delicacy of Kobe, a variety of Wagyu beef. In the evenings the place will transform into a cocktail bar as the owners have a partnership deal with club brand Ultra Vegas, who will look after the brilliant parties on Friday and Saturday nights.

There are only 10 certified restaurants in the UK selling Kobe and Wagyu beef, and up till now they were all based in London. This first one outside the capital will be a great addition to the MK culinary scene and will certainly provide a fantastic food and will be a great option for the customers to choose to go there and try its food. 

"We will be offering a truly upmarket dining experience for our guests", said one the member of the owners family.
