Wicemistrz olimpijski z Tokio Ryan Owens uświetnił otwarcie nowego sklepu Aldi w Milton Keynes.

Kilka dni temu otworzono nowy sklep Aldi w Milton Keynes. Wstęgę przeciął uroczyście wicemistrz olimpijski z Tokio, kolarz Ryan Owens. Jest to kolejny sklep w Wielkiej Brytanii, najnowszy dodatek do już ponad 950 jakie są na Wyspach.

Niemiecka marka, jeden z najbardziej znanych supermarketów w UK otwiera średnio jeden nowy sklep tygodniowo i ma plan, by otworzyć kolejne 100 do końca przyszłego roku.


Ryan Owens rozdawał torebki z świeżymi owocami i warzywami dla pierwszych klientów podczas otwarcia. Pochodziły one z tzw. "Aldi Super 6".

Aldi dostarcza świeżą i zdrową żywność dla członków Team GB od 2015 roku.
Srebrny medalista Igrzysk w Tokio odwiedził także uczniów w Middleton Primary School i w swoim wystąpieniu przekazał uczniom zalety zdrowego odżywiania. Mówił także o wadze wiary w siebie i ćwiczeniom, ich wpływowi na dobrą formę fizyczną i zdrowie. Olimpijczyk opowiadał też o swoim wspaniałym doświadczeniu z tokijskich Igrzysk Olimpijskich.
Aldi zaoferowało warty £20 voucher dla zwycięzcy konkursu, który polegał na stworzeniu plakatu o korzyściach wynikających ze zdrowego odżywiania i jak istotne jest ono dla dzieci.

Jest to dziesiąty sklep otwarty w Buckinghamshire. Załoga w Kingston Centre nie może się doczekać, by powitać klientów z lokalnej społeczności w nowo otwartym markecie.

The new Aldi store opened few days ago. Team GB's Olympic cyclist Ryan Owens cut the ribbon to highlight this event. The Kingston Centre store is a brand new addition to over 950 stores, which are already opened in the UK.

The German brand, one of the most recognisable markets in the UK is opening on average one new shop each week and is hoping to open another 100 by the end of next year.
Ryan Owens gave away complimentary bags of fresh fruit and vegatables for the first customers during the celebrations. They were from the "Aldi Super 6" to the first customers in the queue.

Aldi has been providing Team GB with fresh, healthy food since 2015. The silver medalist from Tokyo Olympics has also visited pupils at Middleton Primary School and focused the assembly on promoting the benefits of healthy eating. He has also given the speech about the importance of exercise and believing in yourself. He talked about his Olympic experience as well.
Aldi has also offered £20 voucher to win for the pupils in the competition which was making a creative poster about healthy eating and what it means to the kids.

With this MK's shop, Aldi has opened now 10 stores in the Buckinghamshire. Aldi's staff at Kingston Centre is looking forward to welcome the customers from the local community soon in the newly opened store.
