They've been also ranked as 2nd in the category of "Best Health and Social Care Provider". This particular award recognised the employers whose staff are engaged.
The company was rated in survey as many different aspects, including the satisfaction from work, benefits of training and the sense of the family within a team. More than 550 staff are employed at PJ Care's two neurological centres in MK and one in Peterborough. 83% of staff said they're proud that they work for PJ Care, while 73% stated that this job is good for their personal growth. The results also mean that company is ranked 21st in the best to work in the south east, and 25th in the east of England.
PJ Care Centres provide special neurological care for adults with dementia, Huntington's disease and Parkinson's disease. They also look after people who had brain injuries.
