Mieszkańcy dwóch lokalizacji w Milton Keynes domagają się zmian w nowym rozkładzie jazdy autobusów. Niektórzy z mieszkańców są uziemieni z powodu braku możliwości dojazdu autobusem z Furzton i Emerson Valley do centrum miasta, Blechley, Wolverton, a także szpitala. Autobusy nr 6, 28, 22/35 zostały usunięte z rozkładu jazdy.

Minibusy MK Connect zastąpiły te kursy, jak i wiele innych w mieście. Miały być sposobem na zaproponowanie efektywnego transportu dla mieszkańców, ale spora grupa ludzi ma mieszane uczucia i wyraża negatywne zdanie na temat ich efektywności. Wiele osób wspomina, że podróż do miasta, czy szpitala stanowi problem, a co dopiero powrót do miejsca zamieszkania, który często zamienia się w koszmar. Niektórzy mieszkańcy miasta korzystnie wyrażają się w kwestii minibusów MK Connect, jako ekologicznego rodzaju transportu, z kolei inni mają negatywne zdanie 

i doświadczenia.

Jeden kierunek transportu publicznego, 

z którego wcześniej zrezygnowano został przywrócony. Obsługuje Coffee Hall i inne lokalizacje w mieście.

Mieszkańcy Furzton i Emerson Valley wciąż czekają na korzystne rozwiązanie ich sytuacji.

Residents of two Milton Keynes' estates point out that the improvements needs to happen in the new bus schedule. Some of the residents are left stranded due to lack of the services. Buses number 6, 28, 22/35 were scrapped by the MK Council last year and it means that people of Furzton and Emerson Valley don't have access to city centre, Bletchley and Wolverton, as well as services to MK Hospital. 

MK Connect minibuses replaced those buses as well as many other routes in the city. These minibuses supposed to be an effective service for the local residents but in fact many of them say that it's completely ineadequate in the perspective of the original plans. Many residents say that journey to the city centre, shopping centre or MK Hospital is one problem, but then it's journey back home. It often turns to be the neverending nightmare. MK Connect has mixed reception in the city, with some people describing it as a very good eco-friendly, ride-sharing system, while other members of the local community express completely opposite feelings.

One scrapped service was restored this year. It serves Coffee Hall, also connecting the residents from the other locations in the city. But these people living on Furzton or Emerson Valley are still waiting for their problem to be solved.
