Instalacja świateł przy bardzo ruchliwym rondzie w MK będzie ukończona w następnym miesiącu. Ringway, firma, która realizuje tę inwestycję dla urzędu miasta Milton Keynes prowadzi prace przy tym rondzie od 1 czerwca.
Wszystkie wyłączenia z użytku dróg zostaną zakończone w listopadzie i sytuacja powinna wrócić do normalnego stanu.
Całkiem nowa sygnalizacja świetlna na skrzyżowaniu Avebury Boulevard i Grafton Street jest instalowana, by ruch uliczny stał się płynniejszy, a droga bezpieczniejsza dla jej użytkowników. Nowy pas powstanie przy Grafton Gate (północny), by zmniejszyć korki na tym fragmencie drogi.
Ten teren usytuowany obok Argosa i centrum testów na Covid-19 w MK jest zwykle bardzo zakorkowany i wiele wypadków miało tu miejsce. Była to jedna z kluczowych inwestycji, jakiej podjąć się chciał urząd miasta Milton Keynes, żeby ułatwić zadanie kierowcom i sprawić, by ten fragment drogi był bezpieczniejszy.
Chodnik i krawężniki były kładzione przez okres ostatnich kilku tygodni. Jeszcze chwilę cierpliwości i odcinek zostanie oddany do użytku.

Installation of traffic lights at busy MK junction will be finished next month. Ringway, Milton Keynes Council's service provider have worked on this particular junction since 1 June.
All the road closures are thought to be completed in November and everything should get back to normal.
Brand new signalised junction at Avebury Boulevard & Grafton Street is being installed to make the traffic flow smoother and also to make sure that road is safer for its users. The project will see a new lane on Grafton Gate (northbound) to help ease congestion at the South Grafton roundabout.
This area, located near Argos and the MK Covid-19 test centre is often very busy during rush hour and many road traffic accidents happened in there previously. It's become a vital issue which MK Council wanted to sort out ASAP and make it a lot smoother and safer place for the drivers.
For last few weeks the paving and kerb works were taking place. Let's hope the end is just round the corner and drivers will soon get back to driving there. Just a bit more patience needed.
