22 lokale gastronomiczne w Milton Keynes otrzymały ostatnio pięć gwiazdek podczas kontroli higieny. Agencja Standardów Higieny pokazała na swojej stronie internetowej miejsca, które otrzymały najwyższą możliwą ocenę. Te oceny są adekwatne do standardu higieny, jakie zastają inspektorzy w trakcie kontroli.

22 Milton Keynes culinary destinations are given five star hygiene ratings lately. The Food Standards Agency's website revealed that 22 of MK's eateries were awarded with the highest mark. 

Ratings are equivalent to the standards of food hygiene, which were found at the time of inspection by the inspectors.

It has to be highlighted that it's businesses' responsibility to make sure they comply with all the highest food hygiene standards and stay with the law regulations in this matter. All these rules cover many different aspects of preparing, storing and handling food. Cleanliness of facilities and how food safety is managed are also important factors. 

Obviously the food hygiene rating scheme doesn't provide information which present the quality of the food, customer service, culinary skill or presentation of food.
